3 Day Detox Diet
Detox diets are very common now days. Usually the dietician encourages the people to undergo a detox diet ranging from 7 days to one month. Due to the tight schedule among people, they are not in a position to spend many days for detox diets. In order to help people to remove toxins from the body, the dieticians have designed a detox diet that will last only for three days so that people can some how manage to spend three days for the diet.
Questions are raised on the benefits of undergoing detox diet for just three days. Normally a human body will contain many unwanted and toxic substances. It will really take time to remove all the unwanted substances from the body. The dieticians have designed the diet for seven days initially and this will at least help the person to remove some amount of toxic waste materials from the body. Considering this fact, it is really doubtful on the benefit of three day diet. The two possibilities drawn are the following:
1) Either only part of the toxins are being removed from your body
2) Else the diet is so powerful that all toxins can be removed with three days from your body.
This diet can cause lot of problems in your body. If the toxins are removed within three days from the body, you can imagine about the level of functioning happening in your body to throw all the toxins within a short time period. You have been moving in one body condition for long time. A sudden change may not be good for your health conditions. Your body is having the capability to adapt to new conditions but only gradually. Therefore while considering the outcome of the diet period, you can find many negative responses than when compared to the positive responses.
It is strongly advised not to undergo three day detox diet as it causes only negative responses to your health conditions. You always want to remain healthy and are willing to adapt to new environment. You can undergo a detox diet for at least seven days, as you will be getting sufficient time to slowly adapt to the new body condition without causing any trouble to your health.
It is true that all types of detox diet will function correctly. Still the level of exertion that must be made on the health condition varies for different types of detox diets. Being on the safer side, it is always better to undergo a long term detox diet rather than sticking with short term diet. This will finally provide enough time for adapting yourself to the new food items that should be consumed as a part of the diet for long term leaving all your usual unhealthy eating habits.
