Liver is the most important organ in your body and it should function correctly in order to lead a healthy life. Liver is responsible for carrying out many functions in the body and toxin removal is one among them. Liver carries out the task for removing unwanted substances from the body and thereby prevents it from mixing with blood. This is usually carried out by liver detoxification process and is referred as liver detox diet.

In the second phase you can slowly start consuming fruits, vegetables and semi liquid foods along with water. This phase will last for next three days. You can start your day with any fresh fruit juice made from apple, lemon, and orange and end your day with vegetable broth made of carrot, spinach, potato and so on. This will definitely help you to remain fit. You can continue taking rosemary tea if you are interested during this phase.
The last phase is carried on the seventh day. On this day you can start consuming fruits, vegetables and liquid food along with sufficient water. Always prefer organically grown vegetables for your diet menu as this will not affect your body negatively. If you find it difficult to take raw vegetables, you can definitely steam it for easy consumption. By the end of the day you can slowly turn to your normal diet. All the benefits derived from liver detox diet will be gone if you start consuming meat and alcohol all of a sudden. To be on the safer side, you can avoid these items for at least one week.
