Liver Cleanse Side Effects Are Worth All The Hassle

When you start a liver detox, and you have no idea what to really expect, the tendency is to believe that things are going to experience some liver cleanse side effects; but at the end of the program, it will be worth it. Well here’s the truth – it absolutely sucks.

How about that? Didn’t expect that from a detox cleansing guru, huh? I’m glad you are taken aback, because one – I’m not a guru, expert, or doctor; so when I dish out my perspective, it’s coming from a real person’s point of view. Number two – even though I sell products online, I’m not the least bit interested in sugar-coating facts in order to get you to buy.

Think about it for a second. When you land on one of the many websites out there that focuses on health and fitness, you’re basically fed two voices. The all-knowing doctor voice that spews out facts about what you’re interested in; or the sleazy salesman – doesn’t matter if it’s a man or a woman, I’m talking about the persona.

You know what I mean, don’t you? From the minute you land on the page, they’ve designed the site in such a way that they’re selling you something from every angle. So those are the two choices we always have? Isn’t that a little depressing? Is there any wonder we aren’t able to get ourselves on track with our health in this country?

So when I say your detox is going to a pretty crappy experience, guess what? There’s a very good chance you’re not going to be happy while you’re on it. However, the point about it being worth once you get to the end is spot on.

Dealing With Liver Cleanse Side Effects

When you’re done, you’ve reset your system for the next 90 or so days. You can get proactive, and decide to adopt a diet that’s more in line with what a detox entails, or you can go back to the crappy foods you ate beforehand.

Just know that if you decide to go back to your old habits, you are probably going to experience the same stuff you felt during your first detox. Things like headaches, constantly going to the bathroom, constantly passing gas, felling like crap throughout most of the program, bad breath and/or a coated tongue, and last but not least – feeling hungry all the damn time!!

Now if you’re a newbie, and you’re doing this for the first time, like my main man Scar sang in, “The Lion King,” – be prepared. If you don’t experience any of this going through your first cleansing, you are already consuming a detox-like diet, so you’ve created a healthy terrain to begin with; or you are the luckiest SOB on the planet . . . and I salute you.

How do you minimize this stuff? My question is, “why would you?” It’s your body trying to get rid of all the crap you have allowed into your body – why would you try to stop any of it from coming out? That’s why you’re doing this detox crap in the first place!

If you’re experiencing headaches, drink more water. If you find yourself going to the bathroom more often – good; drink more water. Passing gas a little more than you would like? Excellent – drink some water, and continue to let it rip.

Bad breath? Drink water – think I’m playing? Check it out before you talk bad about it. If that’s not enough, consider coconut oil pulling. Just search it online, there’s more than enough information out there to drive you nuts about it.

Got a coated tongue? Great, means that that the detox is working. Go out and buy a tongue scraper, and wipe all that nastiness off a few times throughout the day. And if you’re hungry, then consume more of the stuff you are allowed to consume during a cleanse – salads made up of nothing but green vegetables, herbal teas, fresh juices, delicious vegetable soups, and green smoothies.

I know it’s not the perfect menu, but honestly – that’s more than enough to get you through a 3 day, 7 day, or even the pimp daddy of them all – the 21 day cleanse. Remember one thing, a cleanse is not meant to be a “pleasurable experience.”

Whoever sold you on that hustled you lovely. It’s a detox because you’ve been polluted. If you can hear me now, I would’ve said that last sentence with my best Tony Montana voice, because it’s true. For your body to function at a high level until the day you meet your maker, you need to make sure you’re doing all the maintenance work under that hood to keep that engine fired up.

The reality is that most people will never get on a detox at all throughout the span of their life – that’s sad. Sure, you may be able to swim through unharmed, like say a George Burns, who smoked cigars every day until he passed away. That guy was incredibly lucky – most of us aren’t.

On a side note, George also said he worked out daily, by getting down on the floor and doing pushups. We have seven major systems of elimination in our body – the colon, liver, kidneys, lymphatics, lungs, skin, and blood.

When you cleanse one, you help them all. If you focus on eating foods that help to strengthen them all, then you give yourself the best chance to function at a really high level – who wouldn’t want to be able to say they experienced that feeling at some point in their life?

Yes, a liver cleanse, or any cleanse for that matter stinks – but you’re going to be thrilled with the results and once you start doing them on a regular basis, they don’t bother you much at all. Like anything else, in the beginning, it’s bad – but if you can persevere through all the discomfort, it gets better, and will you.

The Best Liver Cleanse Cannot If You Stay Doing This

So what’s the best liver cleanse on the market today? The answer is simple – the one you decide to put into action every single day. I’m not trying to sound “cute,” but it’s the truth. Too often we get wrapped up in believing that a detox is something you do one or twice a tear, and that’s it.

Cleansing Requires More

But just stop and think about the idea behind a detox. Why do we detox at all? We do it because the body is polluted with toxicities all day, every day, 365 days a year. If we don’t take a few days to reset our system, we run the risk of disease growing somewhere in the body.

Well, if we finish up a detox, and now the body is “clean,” in your mind – why wouldn’t you continue to keep it clean? Back in the days, people used to bathe but once a week. Some of my family members have a running joke about it. You’ll say something like, “Man, I feel great. I just took a nice warm shower.” And without missing a beat someone will, “Oh it’s Saturday already?”

Using The Best Liver Cleanse Incorrectly

Think about that. How smelly would you be if all you took was one shower, or bath, a week? How toxic do you think your inner environment is if all you do is clean it out for three or four days, and go right back to what you were doing before you cleaned it out?

It’s why disease forms in people we would never think had a chance of becoming sick. There vegetarians and vegans who die from cancer. There are bodybuilders who die from heart disease, and cancer. There are Olympic athletes who die from all kinds of diseases. How can these people with amazing bodies die from diseases that affect average and ordinary people as well?

It’s because the Disease Triad affects us all. It’s made up of three area, and if you are suffering in jus one of these areas, it’s enough to create disease in the body. The areas are:

  • Dehydration
  • Dietary Deficiency
  • Distress

Dehydration – if you’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it a thousand times. The world is made up mostly of water. The body is made up mostly of water. Your brain is made up mostly of water. So what do you think you should be drinking most of the time? That’s right – everything but water!!

There are some people that drink more juice, soda, and/or beer than they do water; and wonder how they ever developed the sicknesses they are now dealing with. This is one area that can be handled easily. Do not mess around. Cut out the calorie-laden drinks, and start drinking some more clean water

Dietary Deficiency – You can be 400 pounds and malnourished. You can be Ichabod Crane thin, and be malnourished. Being malnourished has nothing to do with how fat or skinny you are, and everything to do with what you are feeding your body on a regular basis.

If all you’re doing is slamming down cheese puffs and slurpies every day after work, how well do you think that’s going to be received in your gut? Your poor stomach, and digestive system, is going to give you the middle finger every time you decide to send those jokers down their path.

Focus on water-based foods – fruits and veggies. When you can make those two groups 60% of your normal, everyday, diet, you are on the road to living a much healthier life. If you want to optimize your diet even more, lower the amount of carbs you take in as well; and make sure the carbs you do consume are of the “clean” variety – sweet potatoes, quinoa, wild rice, etc.

Distress – I do not know one single person that does not have something in their life that causes them stress. Some of have us have more than others, and some of us cause more stress for ourselves than others, but we all have problems.

The key is in being able to handle yourself in a way that doesn’t allow these problems to rule your world. When you do, you emotionalize the situation, and now that isolated thing wraps itself around your every thought – this is unnecessary; and can be controlled.

There are a number of ways you can deal with this – from yoga, to deep breathing exercises, to meditation; it doesn’t matter what it is. Find what works for you and work it. Breathe all that stress right out of your life, and get busy working on ways to solve those problems, and get back to enjoying life.

When you keep the Disease Triad top-of-mind, you make those two detox weeks you put aside every year even more valuable. Now when you cleanse, you clean out a system that is not bogged down with gunk. It makes the detox more effective, and the benefits are felt on a much bigger scale.
